This Privacy Policy explains how Stunivo handles information when you use the application.
Stunivo is a student life organization and planning application designed to help users manage studies, assignments, exams, tasks, routines, notes, reminders, budgets, work schedules, goals, and other personal planning information.
By using Stunivo, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information You Enter Into the App
Stunivo may allow you to enter information such as:

Grade, year, semester, or academic information

2. Local Data Storage
Stunivo is designed primarily as a local-device application.
Information you create in the app is stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly allows you to export, back up, import, or share that information.
Stunivo does not require you to create an online account to use its core features.
Your locally stored information is used to provide features such as:

3. Notifications, Reminders, and Alarms
Stunivo may request permission to send notifications.

Where supported by Android, Stunivo may also request permission to schedule alarms so reminders can occur closer to the time selected by the user.

These permissions are used only to provide reminder-related functionality.
You can change notification and alarm permissions through your device settings.
4. Photos and Images
If you choose to add a profile image or select an image from your device, Stunivo may access the image you explicitly select.
Stunivo does not require access to unrelated photos merely to provide its core planning functionality.
Selected images may be stored or referenced locally for use within the app.
5. Files, Backup, Import, and Export
Stunivo may provide backup, restore, import, or export functionality.
When you voluntarily use such a feature, the app may access the file or storage location that you select.
Any exported file is controlled by you after it leaves the app.
If you share an exported file with another person, application, cloud-storage provider, or service, that third party's privacy practices will apply.
6. Financial Information
Stunivo includes budgeting and money-management tools.
Information such as:
Budget amounts
Expenses
Income or allowance
Saving targets
Payment reminders
is intended for personal organizational purposes.
Stunivo is not a bank, financial institution, payment processor, lender, investment service, or financial adviser.
The app does not require bank account credentials or payment-card information for its local budgeting features.
7. Data Collection and Transmission
For Stunivo's locally operated features, information entered into the app is intended to remain on the user's device and is not transmitted to a Stunivo-owned server unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Under Google Play's Data Safety rules, data is generally considered "collected" when it is transmitted off the user's device.
If future versions introduce online services, analytics, advertising, cloud synchronization, AI services, or other third-party SDKs that transmit user or device data, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated as required.
8. Third-Party Services and SDKs
Stunivo may rely on standard Android or Google platform components necessary to operate app functionality.
If a released version of Stunivo includes third-party services such as analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud storage, or similar SDKs, those services may process certain information according to their own privacy policies.
Google Play requires developers to account for data collected by third-party SDKs when completing the Data Safety declaration.
The Data Safety information shown on Stunivo's Google Play listing should always be reviewed together with this Privacy Policy.
9. Data Sharing
Stunivo does not sell personal information.
Locally stored information is not intentionally shared with third parties by the app unless:
You explicitly choose to export or share information;
Sharing is necessary for a feature that you deliberately activate;
Disclosure is required by applicable law; or
A clearly disclosed third-party service is introduced into the app.
10. Data Retention
Information stored locally by Stunivo generally remains on your device until you:
Delete the relevant item inside the app;
Clear the application's storage;
Use an available reset or deletion feature; or
Uninstall the application.
Backups or exported copies created by you may continue to exist wherever you chose to save them.
11. Data Deletion
Because Stunivo does not require an online account for its core functionality, there is generally no remote account associated with your locally stored information.
You may remove information by:
Deleting individual records within Stunivo;
Using available reset/delete options;
Clearing Stunivo's app data through Android settings; or
Uninstalling Stunivo.
Uninstalling the app normally removes locally stored application data from the device, subject to Android's backup/restore behavior and any copies that you exported yourself.
12. Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to reduce unauthorized access to information handled by the application.
Because most Stunivo information is stored locally, protection of that information also depends on the security of your device.
Users are encouraged to protect their devices using appropriate security measures such as:
Screen lock
PIN
Password
Fingerprint
Other supported device-security methods
No storage or security system can guarantee absolute protection.
13. Permissions
Depending on the Android version and features you use, Stunivo may request permissions or special access related to:

Stunivo is a general student organization application.
The app is not designed to knowingly collect children's personal information through an online account or remote Stunivo server.
If Stunivo is made available to children or included in a child-directed target audience on Google Play, any additional requirements of Google Play's Families policies and applicable children's privacy laws must also be followed.
15. No Sale of Personal Data
Stunivo does not sell or rent users' personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Stunivo may contain links that open external websites or services.
Once you leave Stunivo, the privacy practices of the external service apply.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites or applications.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Stunivo's features, permissions, data practices, legal obligations, or third-party integrations change.
